Vintage, Post WW2, British Army / Military, A. Periscope Binocular, with original fitted metal case, as used in the 2nd World War and beyond. As new, dated 1977, with original waxed paper packaging and silica gel anti moister packs. Also, marked with original paper label to the periscope and case,'Passed for packing, date 26/3/77 and Ser. Marked Binocular Periscopiuc AFV, MK2/1 FV 296252, AVL/6/77, FV296256.

Also, corisponding marks to the case. New old stock, looks unused and comes with its original case and packaging, which is extremely rare! Perfect working condition, with clean optics, just some superficial marks and scratches to the original green paint.

Made in Britain by AK & S. Kershaw and Sons Ltd They were made to be mounted on tripod, tanks and other armoured units, or used in trench type environments. Inter-pupillary adjustment knob with markings from 60 to 70; hinged eyecups; spring loaded glare shields; right eye-piece reticle; smooth easy to use focusing levers.
