Post WW2 1948 RAF named Officer tunic with WW2 ribbon medals & pilot wings badge

This interesting post WW2 named RAF Officer's tunic was made by Gieves Ltd formerly of Old Bond Street, London (now Gieves & Hawkes, bespoke tailors of Savile Row, London). The uniform bears WW2 ribbon medals and a pilot's wings badge. Rank insignia on the sleeves. Believed to be made in 1948 for a Wing Commander who later achieved a CBE and became Air Commodore in 1973. Includes copy research and signed certificate celebrating the 50th anniversary of RAF Halton (no 1 School of Technical Training) where he was Air Officer Commanding.
