A lovely Arts & Crafts brooch. Repousse work with an initial'r' could be a'j' as the pin is placed dead centre on the back.

Clear English sterling silver assay hallmarks. Lion passant and the leopard head denoting London and then year is'N'. I've not looked this up, just that the leopard's head is POST 1920.
