ORIGINAL INTER WAR WOSELEY TROPICAL SUN HELMET A superb example of a original Woseley helmet. I cant see or find any manufacture markings or dates on it anywhere but I have had the helmet looked at and I have been told that it is from. I have looked all over it and there is no signs of any damage whats so ever! The green felt lining is in excellent condition and. The liner and sweatband is also in excellent condition, under the sweatband there is a WD stamp with the number 822 (see photos:) The helmet has a aluminum lining in the interior at the top which was for added protection from the sun (I have not tried to remove this) The helmet it complete with its leather chin strap. Very clean all over inside and out The size of the helmet is about a 57 cm. I think you would struggle to find a better example. Please look and study the photographs and judge for your self. I try to describe items the very best I can and take the best photos as possible, Please check my feedback.
